I ordered this jacket for my son, and it did not fit well. We opted to send it back and order the custom made to order jacket. Definitely difficult communicating with customer service via email and sometimes a couple of days between responses. Sadly, email is the only method of communication and it was very frustrating at times, but the end result was an excellent fitting jacket. My son loves it and he looks great in it!

The jacket itself is fantastic I love it already. It came in a snazzy bag and was brilliantly packaged. When I need a new jacket - this company will be the one I’ll be getting in touch with. Brilliant service carry on the great work.
