I originally ordered what I would consider my typical size, however when I received the jacket I decided I wanted it a bit smaller. I plan on wearing it open and wanted it a bit more fitted. So I had to go through the exchange process which was very easy. The customer service team was very responsive and provided easy instructions for me to complete this exchange. I was, at first, dubious, as I am of buying ANY clothing product on the internet sight unseen. I was very pleasantly surprised when the jacket arrived. The leather was soft yet very durable. All of the stitching and zippers look to be of very good quality. The pictures really don't do the garment justice it looks great! The size looks to be perfect although this is a gift for my wife and she hasn't seen it yet. I think she's going to love it!

Fits great! I'm regularly a size medium. The length sits just slightly above hip bone. The arm length isn't short or too long. Just perfect. The hoodie is detachable which is great when you're too hot. Seems like its built to last if you take care of it. Very happy with purchase. Paid for expedited shipping and recieved in about 4 days after 2 days of processing.

This jacket is awesome. It's super warm too! I mostly wore it in the fall but you might be able to pass in a not terribly cold day in the winter. It doesn't give that super stiff tight feeling some leather jackets do.

I absolutely love the quality and look of this jacket/coat! It looks like butter leather. It caught my eye because it has a hood. My daughter wears a medium woman size shirt and that's the size coat I bought. Fits good because she can wear a hoodie and it still fits comfortable. Without the hoodie, it doesn't look big on her. It looks much better in person, you won't be upset with this purchase. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter and she adores it!!

Well made jacket especially for the price. I am a petite person with a very wide back. It is hard for me to find clothing that fits--usually the sleeves are way too long. I could have gone with a medium for a more fitted look but I wanted to be able to wear layers so I purchased a large(I am 38" under my chest). This coat fits like an oversized bomber jacket without looking too big. If I had one complaint it would be that it's just a tab long in the arm pits. But like I said I am petite(5ft), 125lbs with a straight athletic build.

Jacket appears well made, was ordered to fit and it does. Took considerably longer then expected, and communication was non existent- made you wonder if it was going to arrive at all
