The jacket was delivered timely. The quality is excellent and it fits well. It looks and feels like it will last for years. The only complaint is the zipper attaches on the incorrect side but I can live with that

We had to exchange the jacket because of size and customer service was thoughtful in their questions to ensure the product sizing would be perfect based on chest and arm sizing.

The material is good quality and it looks really good too! I got a size too large and the customer service was amazing when it came to replacing it, managed to get me my jacket just in time to wear to an event.

Even with all the positive reviews I was skeptical, but the jacket is awesome. Extremely high quality and craftsmanship and fit maps to measurements. Leather is softer than other reviews implied. I’ve returned more expensive jackets from other name brand vendors because of the fit but this one is perfect. Highly recommend

I'm 5'10" tall and I was a little leery of the X-Large recommended for me, but when the jacket arrived, it was a perfect fit. I love the color and the supple leather that tapers slightly in the torso. I've been trying to find a jacket that was moderately light weight, yet warm enough for cold temperatures, cool looking and well-crafted for the last 10 years. This jacket was a home run. I will not hesitate to buy from them again

Excellent jacket, fits like tailor-made. I've only had it for a few weeks and it's winter here but the jacket keeps me warm as expected. Service by The Jacket Maker was excellent and delivery was prompt. Truly, this jacket is wonderful value for money. The only negative is that the front zipper is difficult to engage but I think this will improve over time as it appears to be robustly fitted
